sustainability & civic engagement
To fulfill my civic engagement, I chose to dedicate my first-year internship to a humanitarian mission as a volunteer teacher at a school in Madagascar, specifically in Besely, where EDM has established a school. During this experience, I was able to share my knowledge of the French language and mathematics, as well as organize cultural and sports activities.
I continued this commitment by taking on the role of secretary for the school’s humanitarian association, Human7. In this role, I organized events throughout the year and assisted the next class in preparing their projects.

I also took part in organizing and preparing events for the school’s students as the events and afterwork coordinator for the N7 student center.

Climat Fresk
To continue raising my awareness of ecological issues and the impact of mankind and industry on our planet, we created a mind map in small groups, with the help of interns whom I would like to thank for their time and help, to visualise the correlation and link between different human actions and their impact.

entrepreneurial day
I was also introduced to the entrepreneurial spirit during a very rewarding day when, with the help of real entrepreneurs, we had to build and defend a project as a group. Ours was a parasol with solar panels.

Another way of taking stock of my current knowledge of sustainable development was to take a test in English offered by the school, the Sulitest.
